My name is Elizabeth,

I am a mentor and the author of this webpage.

I am passionate about sales and leadership that I have practiced for years. I have been in sales over 10 years. I have sold educational books door-to door in United States and Canada, in addition, I have approached thousands of Estonians in shopping malls and closed them on the spot. I have sold  double-decker buses services to tourists and also LHV pension funds and collected monthly donations for SOS Children’s village. Right now I am leading a team of 20 sales people that do phone sales. All experiences have given me the opportunity to train my sales skills for thousands of hours.

For 2 summers I have been an organizational leader, trained and worked with 25 different students in Southwestern Advantage program. Having finished my 2019 summer, I felt that my own achievements do not give me as much joy as seeing somebody succeeding in a sales or leadership position thanks to me.
