I am Elizabeth a mentor and the autohr of this webpage. I have graduated from Estonian University of Applied Sciences in HR degree. I also got my bacehlors degree from University of Tartu in 2019.
My sales joyrney started when I was 13, therefore around 12 years ago. I am passionate about sales and leadership that I have practiced years. I started from our family’s business by selling a double-decker-buses service to tourists in Tallinn. I did it for 5 summers and that was my first experience in active sales. That was also the place where I got my courage to speak with strangers and the belief that sales is a numbers game.
In the end of 2016 I was recruited to Southwestern Advantage program which is the oldest direct sales company in North America. I wanted to challenge myself and decided to go sell educational books door-to door. This opportunity opened me many doors and opportunity to practice my sales skills thousands of hours.

I beliece that hard work and effort lead to successful results at any field. For 2 summers I have had the opportunity to lead an organization and thanks to that I have been able to work with 25 different students. Having finished my 2019 summer, I felt that my own results do not create as much joy as seeing others succeeding thanks to you. As an organizational leader, I have made tons of mistakes, analyzed, learned and worked with myself. I beliece that everybody has a potential to improve themselves.
